Summary
As a Fashion Advisor at the Bellagio boutique, you will deliver exceptional client service and use your fashion expertise to drive sales and build lasting client relationships. You will work in‑person on the sales floor with the boutique team to convert walk‑ins, increase client retention, and support business objectives. The role requires a service-minded approach, professionalism, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

Develop new customers and convert walk‑in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors

Provide prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service to optimize the client experience

Build and maintain genuine client relationships through thoughtful and consistent outreach

Accept and manage repairs and alterations with consistent client follow‑up

Collaborate with the sales team and report to boutique leadership to meet sales targets

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of related experience

High school diploma or equivalent

Excellent communication skills and a strong client service orientation

Ability to lift 15 lbs and work late nights, weekends, and some holidays

Passion for fashion and the House of Chanel; foreign language skills preferred
