Virtual Vocations Inc is hiring: Evening Medical Editor in New York

Supporting the launch of a new pharmaceutical product, the part-time Evening Medical Editor will review and edit promotional and medical education materials while working remotely from 3 PM to 11 PM EST, ensuring accuracy and compliance with FDA guidelines.
Key responsibilities:

Reviewing and editing a variety of promotional and medical education materials, including ads, websites, and sales collateral
Ensuring copy is medically accurate, clinically sound, and aligned with approved labeling
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the MLR/PRC submission and review process

Required qualifications:

5+ years of medical editing experience in pharma advertising or a medical advertising agency
Prior launch experience is strongly preferred
Deep familiarity with FDA promotional guidelines and the MLR review process
Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Strong communication skills to effectively flag issues and work cross-functionally
