Our client has been recognized on the Inc. 5000 and Philly 50 fastest growing firms.What You'll Do:Marketing & Brand ManagementManage and grow firm's LinkedIn and Instagram presenceOversee and update the company website, keeping projects and messaging currentDevelop marketing materials including project sheets, proposals, presentations, and award submissionsCapture and share project updates, milestones, and company culture contentTrack marketing performance and recommend improvementsExecutive SupportProvide direct administrative support to company leadershipManage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordinationPrepare presentations, reports, and communicationsAssist with event planning, travel coordination, and industry engagement logisticsIndustry EngagementAttend and represent firm at networking events, industry associations, and award programsWhat We're Looking For:1+ years of experience in marketing, communications, executive support, or a combinationStrong writing, organization, and time-management skillsExperience managing business social media accounts and websitesProficiency with Canva or Adobe Creative SuiteSquarespace experience preferredProfessional, polished presence when interacting with clients and partners
