Marketing Coordinator

Location: Huntsville, AL
Type: Full-Time | Onsite

Velox is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support our growing business by coordinating marketing activities, managing social media content, supporting recruiting and business development initiatives, and helping maintain a strong and consistent brand presence. This role serves as the primary internal marketing resource and works closely with leadership and our external marketing agency.

What You'll Do

Coordinate and maintain the company marketing calendar

Create and manage social media content

Gather project updates, photos, and success stories from field teams

Coordinate trade shows, events, and marketing materials

Maintain marketing assets and brand resources

Serve as the primary liaison with our marketing agency

Support recruiting, business development, and company branding efforts

Provide regular updates on marketing activities and initiatives

What We're Looking For

Experience in marketing, communications, or a related field

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Self-starter with strong attention to detail

Experience with social media management and content creation

Adobe InDesign and Lightroom experience preferred
