Full Time Hotel Sales Coordinator

We are looking for an outgoing person that has experience specifically in hotels to join our award winning hotel. Holiday Inn/ IHG brand experience is preferred. Schedule flexibility is a necessity. Has to be available to work holidays and weekends.
Working hours: Will vary dependent on hotel occupancy. Shift work - days and hours may vary from week to week. Ability to work weekends required. May have occasional overtime during special events and full occupancy.
Job Duties: Respond to incoming calls and inquires with exceptional customer service
Respond to CVB leads and RFP's
Handle group room and meeting space inquiries
Process group rooming lists
Assist local accounts with reservations and billing
Conduct site tours as necessary
Ensure standards are met for guests and meeting rooms
Other duties as assigned as business and demand dictates.
Qualifications and Skills needed: Position requires high school diploma or equivalent
Clerical and cash handling experience required.
Must be computer proficient.
Must have excellent verbal communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Enthusiastic, out-going personality and interpersonal skills.
Must highly Organized
