Online consultant

Overview

As an Online Consultant you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to foreigners living in Atlanta. Your main role will be to help them navigate the city and its resources as well as assist them with any questions or concerns they may have. This is a remote position that requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities

Provide online support and guidance to foreigners living in Atlanta
Assist with navigating local resources such as housing, transportation, and healthcare
Respond promptly to inquiries and concerns via email or chat
Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective support for clients
Requirements

Fluency in English; other languages are a plus
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience working with foreigners or in a customer service role preferred
Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively
Basic knowledge of Atlanta's resources and services is an advantage
Salary

$1700 per month
Location

This is a remote position but candidates must be based in Atlanta, USA.
