We are seeking a Channel Enablement Manager to support our Channel Sales function. The Channel Enablement Manager is responsible for equipping and empowering external sales partners with the training, tools, content, and resources needed to successfully sell Intellicheck’s Identity Verification services. This role drives partner readiness, accelerates time-to-productivity, increases indirect revenue, and ensures a consistent and compelling brand message across the partner ecosystem. Acting as a strategic bridge between internal teams and the partner network, the Channel Enablement Manager ensures partners are knowledgeable, motivated, and positioned for success.

Responsibilities

Partner Enablement Programs: Design, develop, and manage structured partner onboarding, training, and certification programs.

Content & Toolkit Development: Create and maintain sales enablement materials, including sales decks, co-brandable marketing assets, and technical documentation.

Partner Readiness: Accelerate partner ramp time and ensure partners can confidently position and sell solutions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to align enablement initiatives with business objectives and go-to-market strategies.

Partner Feedback & Insights: Collect and analyze partner feedback, sharing insights with internal stakeholders to improve products, messaging, and enablement strategies.

Performance Analysis: Use data and metrics to assess partner performance, identify capability gaps, and continuously optimize enablement programs.

Goals & Success Metrics

Increase partner-driven sales and revenue.

Build strong partner competency and sales effectiveness.

Improve partner engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty.

Ensure consistent, high-quality sales and marketing messaging across all partners.

Must Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Sales, or a related field required

Relevant certifications (Sales Enablement, Channel Management, Product Marketing, or Learning & Development) preferred

5–8+ years of experience in channel enablement, sales enablement, partner management, sales operations, or a related function

Proven experience supporting and enabling external partner or reseller ecosystems

Demonstrated success developing and delivering onboarding, training, and certification programs

Experience creating sales enablement content, including sales decks, playbooks, and co-branded marketing assets

Strong cross-functional collaboration experience with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams

Experience managing partner portals or learning management systems (LMS)

Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to measure enablement effectiveness and partner performance

Experience in B2B, SaaS, fintech, or technology environments preferred

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence without authority

Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability

Excellent project management and organizational skills

Ability to translate complex products into clear, partner-friendly messaging

Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments

Must be a highly motivated self-starter with the ability to coordinate multiple projects/tasks simultaneously and the ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
