PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: The Dealer Development Admin/Coordinator will work closely with New Dealer Recruitment Managers, Regional Managers, and new Dealers to ensure a smooth onboarding for each new Dealer. This individual will also work closely with approved Triumph World Black (TWB) Vendors to place, track and finalize orders for Dealer showroom & signage to ensure timely set up and installation.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Assisting DD Supervisor with the following Project Coordination tasks:

Dealer Development

Administrative responsibilities to include: Processing Application for, and outbound communications with, prospective dealers related to new Dealer set up and full-service onboarding
Administrative assistance including data entry into Microsoft Dynamics, AS400, Triumph Online (TOL); dealer file creation and account maintenance; and reporting

Triumph World Black (showroom/signage)

Administrative responsibilities to include: working with Vendors, relevant Triumph team members, and Dealers to obtain TWB plans and quotation.
Administrative assistance in coordinating fixture, signage and graphics orders, updating documentation, setting up delivery, follow-up on delivery and installation, and verify completion according to Dealer Brand Standards

Any other tasks assigned by the Dealer Development Supervisor or Dealer Development Manager
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Knowledge:

Triumph Motorcycle Brand Standards (training provided)
Microsoft Office experience is required, specifically Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook - used daily
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics preferred
AS400 experience preferred.
Adobe Acrobat

Skills:

Self-motivated, proactive, and organized
Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills (both technical and creative)
Excellent time management skills

Abilities:

Must work well in a team environment (internal staff, vendors and dealers)
Excellent customer service skills.
Able to identify issues and willingness to rectify a problem as they arise
Proven experience effectively delivering impactful projects in fast-moving environment with ability to influence at all levels and work effectively across functions and geographies.
Self-starter with a problem-solver mindset and proven track record performing well in a fast-paced dynamic environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities; ability to be flexible and resilient.
Change management, Dealer First mentality, and teamwork are at the forefront of your strategy and delivery

RELATIONSHIPS
Internal:

This position works closely with internal stakeholders with respect to their area of expertise as it relates to the successful management of all dealer partners

External

This position works closely with existing Dealer partners, Dealer prospects, and external business partners

Following the Purchase Order process and with signed Dealer Agreement

EDUCATION
High School diploma or equivalent

This is an office-based position (located in Atlanta, GA), this is NOT a remote or hybrid position
Up to 10% Travel to support Triumph events (not required)
