Dealer Growth & Partnerships Manager

Exeter Finance is seeking a growth-focused dealer relations leader in the United States (Central IL area) to drive loan application volume and strengthen dealer partnerships. You will lead training and onboarding, promote accountability, and act as a liaison to execute business strategy.
You will visit dealers, analyze performance data, mentor sales teams, and collaborate with marketing, credit, and funding to deliver programs and solutions. Must live in market and travel regularly.
