Regional Director, Dealer Growth & Partnerships

GoFi LLC is seeking a Regional Manager, Dealer Strategic Partnerships to lead a team of 5–8 Area Managers and drive loan volume growth, dealer engagement, and market expansion across a multi‑state region. You will shape regional sales strategy and coach performance to deliver strong production.
This role requires strong leadership, data‑driven decision making, and the ability to collaborate with Credit, Operations, Product, and Dealer Specialists to create best‑in‑class dealer experiences.
