A Day in the Role
You show up to a listing, capture clean photos and video the way we train you, and make the agent's day easy. We handle the editing overnight so listings go live the next day. You'll run drones, 3D cameras, and floor plan scanners once we train you on them. Most shoots are within 45 minutes of Kansas City, and you upload the same day before you head home.

Pay & Training
The basics, up front.
$30/hour average , paid per shoot

$17.50/hour

during training

W-2 , part-time with a real path to full-time

Day shift , Monday through Friday

Most shoots

within 45 minutes
