Real Estate Media Specialist

Job Description About the Role:
We are a real estate media company looking for a versatile, highly reliable, and positive Real Estate Photographer to join our field operations team, as well as assist with day-to-day operations such as client outreach, and filming the owner for social media.
We hire for character, work ethic, and attitude—not a resume.
In this role, you will represent our brand on-site, and in communications. Part of your daily responsibilities will involve taking photos, capturing video, and working with software such as a CRM, Google products (Drive, Sheets, Docs, etc.), and custom. Zero prior photography or videography experience is required, but is highly favorable. We still provide complete, hands‑on training from day one.

Key Responsibilities:
Travel to local sites (homes/construction sites/commercial locations) to perform on-site media captures (photos, short videos, or outreach).
Interact professionally with all clients.
Ensure all equipment is maintained, charged, and prepared for daily tasks.
Follow our standard operating procedures to deliver consistent, high-quality results.
Communicate efficiently with our central team regarding daily schedules and project updates.
Work with company software such as a CRM, or Google Products (Drive, Sheets, Docs, etc.)
Requirements:
Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable personal vehicle for local travel.
Smartphone with dependable cellular access.
Punctual, professional, and well-groomed appearance.
Positive attitude and zero ego—you bring energy and solutions to the table every day.
Compensation & Perks:
Pay: $20-$25/hr (depending on experience)+ gas compensation.
Paid Training (after you complete an initial screening): We train you fully in professional photography, drone operation, and video capture, as well as sales.
