This Commercial Sales Specialist will expand our customer base and drive revenue across pest prevention, termite solutions, and Envirolawn services.
Responsibilities

Deliver persuasive sales presentations to commercial customers.
Cross‑sell pest and lawn services to existing clients.
Proactively follow up on leads, referrals, and customer inquiries.
Execute a high volume of outbound and follow‑up calls.
Close deals and meet monthly sales targets for pest, lawn, and termite services.
Accurately measure properties and prepare detailed service proposals.
Maintain strong customer relationships post‑sale and encourage referrals.
Collect competitive intelligence and share insights with the team.
Work with urgency, professionalism, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Prior commercial pest control experience.
Excellent communicator who builds trust and closes deals.
Self‑motivated, organized, and excited by a fast‑paced environment.
Ability to learn technical service information and communicate it clearly.
Clean‑cut, professional image with high integrity and attention to detail.
Comfortable working independently, driving extensively, and spending time outdoors.
Valid driver’s license and pass drug screening.
