Production Technician

Position Details:

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Pay Rate: $21.00 - $25.50 per hour

Status: Temp-to-Perm

Overtime: Mandatory

Role Overview:

The Production Technician will play a vital role in operating various machinery and performing tasks centered around the machining of ceramic parts. This position involves learning and executing multiple processes under the guidance of the Team Lead, contributing to high-quality production standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain tools such as sanding, grinding, milling, sawing, and measuring equipment to meet precise customer specifications.

Handle and load ceramic powder into elastomeric tooling for processing into semi-densified parts, ensuring proper safety and quality protocols are followed.

Follow in-house work instructions diligently, maintaining adherence to all safety, quality, and operational standards.

Assist with various projects and tasks across different areas of the shop, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.

Receive training in powder handling and loading elastomeric tooling for processing ceramic components.

Prepare and join metal and ceramic materials of various sizes and shapes using soldering techniques.

Qualifications:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. safely and regularly.

Proven capability to learn and perform a range of production duties efficiently.

Flexibility to assist in different shop areas as needed, showcasing adaptability.

Experience with power tools and hand tools required.

Pay Details:

$21.00 to $25.50 per hour
