This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex, consultative sales environments and enjoys engaging with senior HR and business leaders on strategic talent challenges.

Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, solution design, negotiation, and closing
Develop tailored proposals across LHH’s solution portfolio across Leadership Development and Career Transition & Mobility
Lead commercial negotiations and manage contractual agreements
Consistently penetrate new accounts and engage senior‑level stakeholders
Work in complex buying environments with multiple decision‑makers
Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client delivery
Use CRM tools (Salesforce) to manage pipeline, forecasting, and reporting
Deliver against revenue targets and KPIs in a structured and disciplined way
Qualifications
Proven success in B2B new business development in a consultative / solution‑selling environment (HR services, talent management, consulting, coaching, assessments, HR tech, or professional services preferred)
Strong experience engaging senior stakeholders (HRD, CHRO, business leaders)
A consistent track record of winning new clients and growing accounts
Strong commercial instincts combined with a structured sales approach
Confidence in managing complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
Strong negotiation and closing capability
Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
High level of autonomy, ownership, and accountability
A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with virtual, international teams
