Senior .NET + React Software Engineer

In this role, you will help shape cloud-native healthcare solutions that support safer patient care and operational excellence. Your contribution will have a direct impact on building secure, reliable, and user-friendly software that provides healthcare professionals with critical operational insights and supports evolving business needs through high-quality engineering practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and develop full‑stack applications using .NET Core, .NET Framework, ASP.NET Core, and React to deliver scalable solutions that support evolving business and product requirements

Build and maintain backend services, microservices, and REST APIs, taking ownership of secure, reliable, and maintainable application capabilities that enable enterprise software

Develop responsive, reusable, and intuitive user interfaces using React while supporting a consistent and user‑focused experience across the application

Develop and deploy containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes within AWS cloud environments to support scalable and reliable software delivery

Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing practices

Troubleshoot and resolve complex frontend and backend issues

Contribute to architectural discussions, technical design reviews, and code reviews

Leverage AI-assisted development tools, including GitHub Copilot, to improve engineering productivity, code quality, and software delivery efficiency

REQUIREMENTS

Strong experience in full‑stack software engineering, including hands‑on development of enterprise‑grade or SaaS applications

Advanced proficiency with .NET Core and ASP.NET Core

Knowledge of frontend architecture, state management, component‑based development, and responsive UI design

Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS cloud infrastructure, microservices architecture, REST API design, distributed systems, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, and relational or NoSQL databases

Solid experience working in Agile delivery environments using Scrum, Kanban, or similar frameworks

Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to analyze technical challenges and deliver effective solutions across frontend and backend components

Strong hands‑on experience using GitHub Copilot or similar AI‑assisted development tools to accelerate software development while maintaining high engineering standards

Excellent collaboration and communication skills

Previous experience with healthcare, compliance, security‑focused, or other regulated‑industry products is considered an advantage
