Cultivus+ is hiring a high-output Video Editor who can handle both long-form podcast episodes and short-form content creation.

This is not a cinematic editing role. This is a performance-driven content role focused on speed, clarity, and audience retention.

What You'll Do

Edit 1 full podcast episode per week (30-60 minutes)
Produce 10-20 short-form clips (30-60 seconds each)
Cut dead air and tighten delivery for fast-paced viewing
Identify high-impact moments and turn them into engaging clips
Add captions and retention-focused edits for social media
Maintain fast turnaround times:
Clips: 24-48 hours
Full episodes: 48-72 hours
What We're Looking For

You must be able to do BOTH long-form and short-form editing.

Required Skills:

Proven experience editing podcasts (30-60 min)
Strong pacing and storytelling judgment
Ability to identify high-retention moments
Experience with captions and vertical formats
Fast, reliable turnaround times
Do NOT Apply If:

You only do short-form content
You focus on cinematic or slow editing styles
You cannot show podcast editing work
You struggle with speed or deadlines
