Role Overview
The Client Relationship Manager I supports client success by managing day‑to‑day interactions, ensuring tasks are completed on time, and fostering strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage and eliminate tasks efficiently, ensuring all to‑do items are completed on schedule.
Collaborate with the team to maintain smooth client interactions.
Schedule client meetings and manage calendars across time zones.
Craft clear and engaging written communications to clients.
Prioritize incoming tickets and route them to appropriate team members for resolution.
Process quick quote requests and provide accurate pricing information.
Follow department workflow processes to ensure consistency and quality.
Requirements
