Job Position: Commercial Line CSA
Location: West Fargo, ND 58078
Pay Rate: $25.00-$30.00/hr
Shift: M-TH 8am-5pm; F - 8am-4pm
Description: Local insurance agency proudly serving North Dakota families, farms, and businesses is looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused Commercial Lines CSA. This person will work closely with producers, carriers, and colleagues to deliver exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary service contact for commercial clients - resolving issues, answering questions and providing knowledgeable guidance
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone or email
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors by ensuring every interaction is positive and professional
- Manage full policy lifecycle - new account set up, prepare renewals, process endorsements, cancellations, change requests, and verifying coverage
- Support clients through claims process by serving as liaison between client and carrier
- Maintain thorough records of all interactions, policy transactions, and follow-up activity
- Collaborate with producers and insurance carriers on both standard and excess lines accounts, assist with new business marketing, renewals, endorsements, and remarketing of existing accounts as needed.
Qualifications of a Successful Candidate:
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (or ability to obtain)
- Prior experience with commercial lines of service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with agency management systems and Microsoft Office
