– This is an on-site position supporting AKA's New York City portfolio and Corporate Office.
Salary Range- $65,000 – $75,000 annually , commensurate with experience, qualifications, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, AKA offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, 401(k), and other company-sponsored benefits.

Role Description
The Client Services Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in New York, NY, responsible for overseeing guest and resident experiences to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. This role manages daily client interactions, responds to inquiries and concerns, and provides personalized solutions that align with AKA’s standards of service and hospitality. The Client Services Manager collaborates closely with front office, operations, and sales teams to coordinate arrivals, departures, special requests, and long-stay needs. Responsibilities include monitoring service quality, reviewing guest feedback, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing initiatives that enhance the overall client experience. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, preparing client service reports, supporting training on service standards, and representing AKA professionally in all client communications.
Qualifications
Support the sales team by assisting with partnerships with Relocation Management Companies and Corporate Housing Providers to help secure 30+ night reservations, with a focus on New York City.
Assist in qualifying relocation leads, gathering information on guest budgets and preferences to support rate proposals
Provide timely support in responding to reservation requests, client inquiries, and pre-arrival needs via approved platforms
Assist with booking processes, including coordinating reservation details, billing information, and internal communications
Support the development of strong working relationships with property teams across NYC residences
Learn and maintain working knowledge of suite product offerings and inventory across AKA New York properties
Manage daily CRM updates, helping track pipeline activity and ensure accurate reporting
Provide support to clients as a secondary point of contact, particularly when senior team members are unavailable
Assist with updating property information on third-party relocation platforms, including content, policies, and photography
Support the sales leadership team in reviewing monthly rates and compiling insights based on seasonality and booking trends
Assist with coordinating resident extensions and support post-stay processes, including billing accuracy and follow-up
Help monitor incoming leads and assist with weekly pipeline updates and reporting
Support on-site property tours for clients and prospective residents as needed
Provide general sales support to the NYC Director and Sales Team on an as-needed basis
Assist with preparation for team and client meetings and participate as required
Support reporting initiatives and CRM data management as directed by the Sales team
Desired Skills & Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or sales support (preferred)
Familiarity with PMS and CRM systems is a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to support multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Flexible to work between property locations and the NYC corporate office
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
