Account Executive – iHeartMedia Location: Minot, ND – 1000 20th Ave Sw, 58701
Position Type: Full Time, Regular Time, Salaried
Responsibilities Learn the ins and outs of Broadcast + Digital Marketing Products
Identify and develop new business opportunities through in‑person meetings and research
Conduct consistent daily cold‑calling and identify prospects
Cultivate existing business using the full suite of products
Collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue and create effective marketing campaigns
Leverage storytelling and data‑driven presentations to meet client expectations
Qualifications Self‑motivated go‑getter attitude
Excellent relationship‑building, problem‑solving, and persuasive communication skills
Goal‑oriented, expert negotiator, proactive
Ability to plan and multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment
Comfortable with cold‑calling and outreach for lead generation
High School Diploma (College Degree preferred); valid driver’s license and auto insurance required
Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and social networking platforms
Strong problem‑solving skills that help grow business
Digital/Media Sales experience a plus
Experience managing complex, multi‑platform campaigns, analytics, audio advertising, or strong market connections is a nice‑to‑have
