Account Executive - Online Division - Grand Canyon University

Account Executive – Lorain, OH Territory Salary: Starting at $75,000 per year with potential for a six‑figure income after 5 years.
Location and Travel: Must reside within 30 miles of Lorain, OH. Training will be in‑person at our Phoenix, AZ campus. Extensive travel required.
Responsibilities Identify and implement event and activity plans to build awareness of online academic programs.
Develop high‑impact partnerships within the territory.
Deliver informational presentations, calls, and emails to prospective students and families.
Provide counselor support via in‑person, phone, or email, championing the GCE mission.
Guide students through admissions and enrollment, ensuring a successful online learning experience.
Track progress and use data‑driven approaches to maximize inquiry generation.
Work independently while prioritizing competing priorities and traveling as needed.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required.
No outstanding federal student loan delinquencies; current if in rehabilitation program.
Outstanding time‑management and prioritization under travel.
Clear communication skills; ability to explain complex concepts and active listening.
Self‑motivation, drive to succeed, volunteer for new challenges.
High emotional intelligence and empathy for diverse student circumstances.
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, clean driving record, flexible schedule.
Computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; bonus if CRM experience.
Experience over 3 years in outside business development, consultative sales, or account management.
