Senior Account Based Marketing Manager
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Account Based Marketing Manager to drive strategic marketing initiatives targeting high-value enterprise accounts. You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to create personalized, multi‑channel campaigns that accelerate pipeline growth and revenue in key accounts.
Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive ABM strategies for tiered strategic accounts; partner with sales leadership to prioritize and build account plans; create personalized marketing campaigns aligned with account‑specific business objectives; design and implement multi‑channel engagement strategies including digital, events, direct mail, and executive engagement.
Campaign Management: Orchestrate integrated campaigns across email, social media, content, events, and advertising; develop account‑specific content and messaging; manage campaign budgets and optimize investments across channels for maximum ROI; track and report on performance, pipeline influence, and revenue impact.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with BDRs, Field Marketing, Customer Success, Account Executives; collaborate with Content, Product Marketing, and Creative teams; partner with Marketing Operations for tracking, attribution, and reporting.
Analytics & Optimization: Establish KPIs and success metrics for ABM programs; leverage generative AI platforms to develop personalized, high‑performing content; analyze content performance and engagement metrics; refine targeting and messaging using intent data and sales feedback; report on pipeline generation, velocity, and revenue attribution.
Qualifications
5-7 years of B2B marketing experience with at least 3 years focused on Account Based Marketing.
Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue through ABM programs in enterprise software or technology companies.
Deep understanding of ABM methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., "Marketo") and ABM tools (e.g., "6sense").
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
Authorized to work in the United States.
