Senior Account-Based Marketing Manager | Healthcare Technology
BioScale Talent Partners is supporting a growing healthcare technology business with the appointment of a Senior Account-Based Marketing Manager.

This is an opportunity for an experienced B2B SaaS marketer to build and own an account-based marketing programme, working closely with enterprise sales to engage high-value accounts, create pipeline and accelerate complex sales opportunities.

You’ll have the opportunity to shape the strategy, build campaigns from the ground up and demonstrate the direct impact of marketing on revenue growth.

The role
Build and own the account-based marketing strategy, from planning through to execution.
Partner with sales leadership to create account plans, map decision-makers and identify new opportunities.
Design campaigns across digital channels, executive engagement, events and thought leadership.
Support enterprise sales teams in progressing complex opportunities and engaging multiple stakeholders.
Work with demand generation and revenue operations to measure campaign performance and pipeline contribution.
Use account intelligence and AI-powered tools to improve targeting, personalisation and campaign effectiveness.
Establish the processes, metrics and playbooks needed to scale the ABM function.

What we’re looking for
Around 5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, ideally with a strong focus on account-based marketing.
Hands-on experience building personalised 1:1 and 1 campaigns for enterprise accounts.
A track record of generating pipeline, creating new opportunities and influencing revenue.
Experience working closely with enterprise sales teams on complex, high-value sales cycles.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to measure marketing impact.
Experience with account intelligence, marketing automation and sales enablement tools.
Healthcare technology experience would be beneficial but is not essential.

Location:
San Francisco Bay Area, hybrid working with three days per week in the office.
