Senior Account Based Marketing Manager - AI / Healthcare Technology San Francisco Bay Area | Hybrid, 3 days in office Altura Partners is supporting a high-growth healthcare technology business in the search for a Senior Account Based Marketing Manager. The company uses AI to improve how healthcare providers manage patient engagement and operational workflows. This is an opportunity to build its first dedicated ABM programme, shaping how it engages and wins complex enterprise accounts. Reporting to the VP of Growth Marketing, you’ll work closely with enterprise sales leaders to create pipeline, accelerate opportunities and deliver measurable revenue impact. The role

Build and own the ABM strategy for priority enterprise accounts. Develop personalised 1:1 and 1 campaigns across executive outreach, digital channels, gifting and field events. Partner with sales to map buying committees, develop account plans and coordinate engagement throughout the sales cycle. Create account campaigns around product launches, conferences and customer success stories. Work with RevOps to measure account engagement, pipeline contribution, deal progression and win rates. Use AI and account intelligence tools to scale effective personalisation.

What we’re looking for

Ideally 5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with hands‑on ownership of enterprise ABM campaigns. Exceptional candidates with less experience will also be considered. Experience building programmes in an early-stage or high‑growth environment. A track record of generating net‑new opportunities and accelerating complex deals, ideally with $100K+ ACV. Strong collaboration with enterprise sales teams and confidence engaging multiple senior stakeholders. Healthcare or healthcare IT experience would be advantageous, as would a broader background in demand generation, field marketing or growth marketing. Experience with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, 6sense or Demandbase would be useful.

Location: San Francisco Bay Area, with three office days per week. Candidates willing to relocate may be considered. Applicants must have existing US work authorisation. Visa sponsorship is unavailable.
