Regional Sales Manager (Ohio) $90K+ Commissions
Looking to join a cutting edge medical device team that is paving the way in a very unique product line? Read on! The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for supporting sales growth in the Ohio and PA markets, managing individual distributor reps and building relationships with surgeons, hospitals, distributors and more. You'll collaborate with national sales partners to develop best practices, push metrics and increase market share. The ideal candidate will be a hands‑on, high energy and driven for major success.

Immediate Opening for a Regional Sales Manager who possesses:

Sales experience in enabling technologies, or capital sales of orthopedic products

Experience with 1099 reps and distributors. In-depth knowledge of orthopedics, ideally in the space of hip and knee replacements

Proven track record in growing sales and adding customers

Expertise across all primary operating room procedures displaying confidence as partner and product expert in the Operating Room

Understanding of territory markets and healthcare system

Solid understanding of the sales process within both hospital and Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASC) environments and the ability to convert key decision makers

Thorough understanding of the orthopedic marketplace, specifically enabling technologies like robotics and navigation. Solid understanding of partial, primary, and revision knee/hip replacements

Experience and success with Value Analysis Committee (VAC) and product approval committees

Self‑starter with the ability to work in an unstructured environment, moving from place to place

Able to work as a team putting your customers and coworkers before self‑interests. Operate with integrity while being competitive and wanting to win

Proven leader, relationship builder, networker, influencer, and motivator

Excellent attention to detail, producing high quality output. Flexibility and strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks

Key Responsibilities include:

Travel throughout territory to meet with surgeons, conduct demos/trials, host education labs, train fellows/residents, and onboard new users. Increase utilization throughout territory for products

Work with existing distributors to drive increased utilization of products

Add new distributors where and when necessary

Provide primary clinical training and education to customers as well as teach and disseminate technical product information

Work closely with the AVP or ASD to develop sales goals, strategies, and execution plan tailored to your region to achieve sales growth objectives

Teach, coach, and instruct users on effective use of company technology

Manage administrative tasks such as sales reports, sales activities, inventory control, instrument set turns, expense report submission, etc., in a timely fashion

Continually stay educated on the market with knowledge of competitors’ products

Monitor product complaints per company procedures

Compensation Includes:

$80‑90K Base, with OTE of $160k+ DOE, with bonus potential
