Account Executive - Bilingual

RUMBA 106.1 Bilingual Account Executive Location: Bala Cynwyd, PA – 2 Bala Plaza, Suite PL‑41 & PL‑50, 19004.
Position Type: Full time (Regular Time).
What You'll Do Learn the Broadcast + Digital Marketing products and apply them to the Hispanic and General Markets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through in‑person meetings, research, and consistent daily cold‑calling.
Cultivate existing business using the full suite of products.
Collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue, create effective campaigns, and deliver compelling sales presentations powered by data.
What You'll Need Self‑motivated, go‑getter attitude.
Excellent relationship‑building, problem‑solving, and persuasive communication skills.
Bilingual Spanish/English; comfortable with cold‑calling and lead generation.
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a high school diploma (college degree preferred).
Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and social networking platforms.
Strong problem‑solving skills enabling business growth.
Knowledge of sales concepts and techniques; ability to manage projects to completion.
Capability to communicate product information clearly and listen actively to customer needs.
Goal orientation and ability to prioritize.
Nice‑to‑Haves Digital or media sales experience.
Experience managing complex, multi‑platform campaigns and analytics.
Background in audio advertising or strong market connections.
