Community Relations Coordinator

Welliv Home Care is seeking a motivated professional to build relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, rehabilitation facilities, and community organizations. This role focuses on community outreach, relationship development, and increasing awareness of Welliv Home Care’s pediatric and adult services.
Responsibilities

Conduct outreach visits to hospitals, clinics, physician offices, and community organizations.
Build and maintain professional relationships with referral sources.
Attend networking and community events.
Promote Welliv Home Care services.
Track outreach activities and opportunities.
Represent Welliv professionally at all times.
Requirements

Professional appearance.
Reliable transportation.
Self-motivated and organized.
Experience in healthcare, sales, marketing, business development, or community outreach is preferred but not required.
