Your fieldwork protects uptime and ensures safe operations—even in confined spaces and under supervision near energized equipment.What you’ll tacklePreventive maintenance rounds: inspect, log, and report equipment statusMechanical fixes: swap belts and bearings, change filters, and address fittingsBasic plumbing: assemble pipe fittings, operate valves, and fix minor leaksFacility care: maintain doors, seals, enclosures, lighting, and drainageConsumables and spares: manage filters, fluids, gaskets, and inventoryChilled water support: assist lead on system tasksPumps and motors: check health, verify fluids, and flag visible faultsProcedural discipline: read and follow written maintenance procedures and checklistsHVAC basics: replace filters, assess coils, and confirm airflowElectrical assistance: support licensed lead on assigned tasksSafety first: PPE awareness and LOTO support around energized equipmentElectrical familiarity: read panel labels, identify breakers, and log readingsExperience to succeed3+ years of hands-on general maintenance or multicraft experience in commercial, industrial, or facilities environmentsPreferred: cross-discipline exposure (e.g., mechanical and electrical, or HVAC support and facilities)Your toolbelt of skillsCreating Preventive Maintenance PlansHVAC/R Systems120/208/240/480 Voltage SystemsJourneyman’s LicenseElectrical Troubleshooting & RepairOSHA 10-Hour Certification (OSHA 10)Pneumatics TroubleshootingWorkplace Safety & EHS ManagementDiesel & Heavy Equipment SystemsHydraulic Systems & ComponentsMechanical Systems & Component RepairLockout/Tagout (LOTO)Electrical Schematic ReadingEquipment Installation & WiringAccess Control SystemsEquipment Repair & MaintenanceTech you’ll seeProgrammable Logic Controller (PLC)Conveyor SystemsPay$33/hr – $40/hr based on experience.
