Production Technician (Metal Parts)

Pay: $15.35/hour

Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM–4:30 PM

Location: Colorado Springs, CO 80915

No manufacturing experience required!

Job Store Staffing is hiring Production Technicians for a growing aluminum extrusion and manufacturing facility. If you're dependable, hardworking, and ready to learn, this is a great opportunity to start a career in manufacturing.

What You'll Do

Assist with daily production and manufacturing operations

Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility

Operate production equipment while following safety procedures

Perform assembly, packaging, deburring, finishing, and material handling

Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met

Read work instructions, blueprints, and drawings

Measure parts using calipers and other precision tools

Report equipment issues and quality concerns to supervisors

Assist with packaging and shipping as needed

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Work in different production areas as assigned

Strong attention to detail

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Basic math and computer skills

Preferred Experience (Not Required)

Manufacturing or production

Assembly or warehouse work

Packaging or shipping

General labor

Experience with hand tools or calipers

Forklift experience is a plus

Physical Requirements

Stand and walk for up to 10-hour shifts

Frequently bend, reach, push, pull, and lift

Regularly lift 30–50 lbs.

Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality

Work safely around manufacturing equipment
