Lockhart Cadillac, a luxury Cadillac franchise dealership, is seeking an experienced, motivated Sales Desk Manager to lead our sales team and deliver an exceptional client experience. Requirements

Minimum 5 years of automotive sales experience
Minimum 3 years of automotive sales management experience
Luxury automotive dealership experience preferred, but not required
Previous dealership desking experience is required
Strong knowledge of dealership management systems (DMS) and CRM platforms
Ability to recruit, hire, train, and develop successful sales consultants
Experience appraising trade-ins and structuring vehicle deals
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to conduct daily sales meetings and motivate a sales team
Professional appearance and demeanor
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships with an affluent, discerning customer base
Commitment to delivering a first-class luxury buying experience
Responsibilities

Manage all daily sales desk operations
Structure and finalize vehicle transactions
Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and train new sales professionals
Coach and develop the sales team to achieve dealership goals
Monitor CRM activity and ensure consistent customer follow-up
Accurately appraise customer trade-ins
Conduct daily sales meetings while providing ongoing training and performance coaching
Work closely with Finance and dealership leadership to maximize customer satisfaction and dealership profitability
Ensure every customer interaction reflects the premium standards and reputation of the Cadillac brand
