Director of SEO
We are seeking a Director of SEO energized by the structure and accountability of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). This strategic leadership role is responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies to drive organic growth, increase search visibility, and deliver meaningful business results.
As a key member of the marketing leadership team, you will lead and develop a team of SEO professionals, collaborate cross‑functionally to align SEO with company Rocks and Scorecard metrics, and maintain a strategy that evolves with user behavior and search engine algorithms. You’ll work hand‑in‑hand with content creators, developers, and client teams to implement best practices across platforms, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships through transparent reporting and results‑driven communication.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the SEO vision in alignment with company goals, EOS Rocks, and quarterly priorities.
- Lead, coach, and develop the SEO team by fostering a culture of care, continuous learning, and accountability.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with content, web, analytics, and client success teams to integrate SEO into every digital touchpoint.
- Leverage SEO tools and analytics platforms to identify opportunities, run experiments, and measure performance tied to clear KPIs and Scorecard metrics.
- Maintain curiosity by staying current with search behavior trends, algorithm changes, and emerging technology.
- Provide transparent, actionable reporting to clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment, building trust, and celebrating wins.
- Support cross‑departmental alignment during Level 10 Meetings and participate in EOS IDS (Identify, Discuss, Solve) process.
- Model and promote a competitive spirit—setting high standards, driving results, and raising the bar for search excellence.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 6+ years of SEO experience, including 3+ years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong expertise in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and other SEO platforms.
- Experience aligning SEO with broader marketing and business strategies.
- Strong cross‑functional communication and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships with transparency and empathy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or Business.
- Experience in a digital agency or client‑facing environment.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems.
- Certifications in SEO or digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
- Proven success in leading large‑scale SEO initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes.

Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm CST.
Salary Range
$105 k – $120 k.
