Overview
For our client, we are seeking a Creative Tech Researcher 5 to join the team of a leader in the Hospitality & Recreation space. This role will turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a healthcare environment.
Location
Location: Los Angeles, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation
Compensation: $300,000 – $537,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize model architectures for image and video generation
- Prepare and organize data for training large-scale models
- Implement efficient distributed training infrastructure for large clusters
- Conduct evaluations to gather feedback and create benchmarks for model quality
Qualifications
- Deep understanding of deep learning fundamentals (Transformers, Diffusion, etc.)
- Skilled in data preparation and curation
- Proven experience with distributed systems for large-scale model training
- Ability to tackle high-visibility problems in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with impactful products or open-source contributions (bonus)
