Equity actors for roles in "Masquerade". The Tony Award‑winning creative team is searching for unique artists who bring both exceptional singing abilities and a willingness to dive into a world of immersive storytelling.
Audition Details
- Rate: Off Broadway $1439 weekly minimum (Cat. E) until 7/26/26; $1496 weekly minimum (Cat. E) after 7/27/26.
- Audition day lunch 12:30PM–1:30PM.
- Preparation: please prepare a short cut of a musical theatre song in the style of the show. Bring sheet music in your key. An accompanist will be provided.
- EPA Procedures are in effect. An Equity Monitor will be provided.
- Always bring your Equity Membership card to auditions.
Roles
- Sopranos (lyric or coloratura)
- Mezzo sopranos
- Contraltos
- Tenors
- Baritones
- Basses
Responsibilities
- Interact personally in close proximity to audience members.
- Perform in both acoustic and amplified settings.
- Perform certain sequences repeatedly throughout the evening as required.
- Lead with a sense of community and contribute equally as a company member.
Qualifications
- Strong legit musical theatre and/or opera voice.
- Experience in immersive storytelling preferred; strong passion and eagerness valued.
