Working remotely on a freelance basis, the Video Editor & Motion Designer will adapt and edit existing videos for the Simplicissimus and fern YouTube channels, focusing on replacing voice-overs, adjusting text elements, and creating new 2D animations.
Key responsibilities
Cutting and adapting existing videos for the respective channels (German/English)
Replacing voice-overs and editing new segments
Creating new 2D animations and optimizing existing assets
Required qualifications
Basic knowledge of German and English
Professional experience with Premiere Pro and After Effects
Extensive experience in video editing and 2D animation
Basic knowledge of 3D animation with Blender (preferred)
Strong sense of aesthetics, flow, and visual storytelling
