Cincinnati Podcast Studio exists because we believe in one thing: no faceless companies.

The entrepreneurs and business leaders we work with are worth knowing. They have hard-won expertise, real credibility, and something meaningful to say. Our job is to make sure the world can actually find them.

We produce professional video podcasts, short-form social content, and live webinars for clients across Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. Up to five-cameras, 4K, broadcast-quality audio, professional lighting. Everything we do runs through The Presence System — a repeatable framework that helps our clients show up consistently, look credible, and stop being invisible.

We're a small team, growing fast, and we'd love to find someone who wants to help build something, not just fill a seat.

The Role
You're in the studio. You run the cameras. You edit the episodes. You make clients look like the professionals they are. Pay range is $25-$30 an hour.

This is a part time role that could turn into full time down the road. The current schedule is Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. 8:30am-5pm.

This is the person who makes The Presence System actually work — session after session, client after client. You won't walk in with a perfect playbook on day one, and that's okay. We hire for the person first, then invest in the skill. If you're the right fit, the rest is trainable.

What You'll Do

Set up and operate our multi-camera 4K video system, professional audio, and studio lighting for every recording session

Run sessions from start to finish — keep energy high, solve problems quietly, make every guest feel like a pro

Cut short-form social clips (vertical and horizontal) built for LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels

Own your workflow — file management, delivery timelines, creative handoffs

Be a reliable presence our clients and team can count on, every single time

What You Bring

Hands-on experience operating professional video cameras, audio equipment, and studio lighting

Strong video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop)

An eye for what makes content actually watchable — pacing, energy, clarity

Comfort working directly with clients in high profile positions

Self-direction — you manage your own workflow without needing someone looking over your shoulder

Consistency — our clients count on us to hit deadlines, and that starts with you

Nice to Have: Short-form editing experience, familiarity with podcast production workflows, experience with Opus Clip or Autopod.
