Role Overview

Shape how next-generation AI systems learn from video by producing, evaluating, and organizing high-quality visual media. This contract role applies professional video editing and post-production expertise to refine animations, visual effects, and instructional content used to train and benchmark AI models. No prior experience in AI is required; domain knowledge and production skill are primary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review, evaluate, and refine animations, visual effects, and edited video outputs to support AI training in storytelling, robotics media, and educational content.
  • Organize, label, and maintain structured project files and media assets to enable efficient dataset creation, annotation workflows, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Assess AI-generated content, apply stakeholder feedback, and ensure outputs meet quality standards, factual accuracy, and project objectives.
  • Develop rubrics, evaluation frameworks, and curated media datasets to train and benchmark video and animation models.
  • Identify model weaknesses, edge cases, and opportunities to improve visual and narrative generation through domain expertise.
  • Collaborate with remote cross-functional teams, providing clear written and verbal feedback to support iterative model development.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor''s degree required, any field.
  • Significant professional experience in video editing and post-production, including audio editing and visual storytelling.
  • Experience with one or more of these tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve.
  • Experience with animation and visual effects for digital or educational content.
  • Strong attention to detail, project file organization skills, and ability to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with post-production workflows and implementation of constructive feedback.
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills and experience collaborating in remote environments.
  • Experience or interest in AI training content, robotics media, or educational content creation is a plus.
  • Knowledge of video engineering, media standards, or experience developing rubrics and evaluation criteria is preferred.
  • Awareness of industry trends in AI, video, and digital storytelling is desirable.
Work Terms

Compensation
  • Hourly rate: $30 - $80 per hour.
