You’ll contribute throughout the design process and collaborate with the wider team to ensure the range stays fresh, on‑brand, and aligned with current trends.

Demonstrate broad awareness of competitors and external trends, identifying missed opportunities and trends working with the buyer to potentialise sales and profit.

Present trend to buyer to ensure that key trends, shapes, colour direction and fabrics are considered.

Complete the design brief, post concept sign off, to the standard required, ensuring detailed accuracy, and that QA, and Production are adequately briefed to minimise re‑work

Confidently advise and partner with Buyer on styling, fabric, trim, print and finish

Collaborate with the fabric team to develop the range for each season

Ensure the range delivers innovation, flexibility, quality, speed to market and is within pricing strategy

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU OFFER US

Proven track record of high performance in a fashion business

Skilled in producing design concepts (by hand and/or PC/MAC)

Creative talent and high attention to detail

Strong technical knowledge and garment construction skills
