The ideal candidate will have approximately 15 years of talent experience, including at least 5 years in a management role within high-growth startups. You will have a direct impact on our company culture and hiring processes.
This position requires a hands-on operator with strong judgment and the ability to thrive in ambiguity, as well as proficiency in modern recruiting tools.
