Partnership Marketing & Experiential Programs Manager

Strategic Partnership Management

  • Lead and cultivate relationships with key sports, entertainment, and brand partners, ensuring strong collaboration and long-term success.
  • Act as the central liaison for partnership planning, activation development, execution, and ongoing optimization.
  • Build and execute annual partnership strategies that align with marketing objectives and business priorities.
  • Maximize the value of sponsorship and partnership investments by leveraging available rights, assets, and promotional opportunities.
  • Stay informed on industry developments, emerging trends, and new partnership opportunities that can drive brand growth.

Brand Activations & Experiences

  • Develop and execute innovative experiential marketing initiatives, including VIP experiences, hospitality programs, talent appearances, customer engagement events, exclusive merchandise, and other brand-building activations.
  • Identify creative opportunities to extend partnership value beyond traditional sponsorship benefits.
  • Create engaging experiences that increase brand awareness, strengthen customer relationships, and drive audience engagement.
  • Integrate partnership programs into broader marketing efforts, including events, conferences, customer programs, executive initiatives, and campaign activations.
  • Leverage partner talent, athletes, influencers, and platforms to support integrated storytelling and marketing efforts.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, creative, production, and executive leadership teams to align partnership initiatives with company goals.
  • Provide strategic recommendations, planning support, and performance updates to senior leadership.
  • Prepare presentations, business cases, activation concepts, and partnership proposals for executive audiences.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure partnership activities support product launches, campaigns, events, and other key initiatives.

Agency & Vendor Leadership

  • Partner with external agencies, production teams, and vendors to design and deliver impactful marketing experiences.
  • Manage third‑party relationships to ensure projects are executed on time, on budget, and at a high standard.
  • Oversee the development of branded merchandise, promotional items, giveaways, and event‑related materials.
  • Encourage partners and vendors to bring forward new ideas, best practices, and innovative approaches that enhance program effectiveness.

Event Management & Performance Analysis

  • Lead the planning and execution of sponsorship activations, customer events, hospitality programs, and industry conferences.
  • Ensure every event and activation reflects the brand effectively and delivers a high-quality experience.
  • Develop and manage activation and event budgets while optimizing resource allocation and investment performance.
  • Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks to evaluate partnership effectiveness, audience engagement, and business impact.
  • Conduct post‑event reviews and provide actionable insights, recommendations, and optimization plans to improve future performance.
