The successful candidate for this role will have a proven track record of providing exceptional service, is open to learning and leading by example, responds in a professional and courteous manner to guests and team, as well as being there to support the team both personally and professionally.The Sales Coordinator will be primarily responsible supporting our Sales Team and ensuring that they have the tools, supplies and resources that they need to deliver service that sets us apart. They are responsible for creating a positive guest interaction that will build the guests anticipation for their upcoming visit. They must also be knowledgeable on providing accurate information to our guests about the resort, and special events going on during their stay. This role is the key to helping our guests discover their "Wanderlust" experience! This is a tremendous opportunity for a driven person to grow a career in hospitality with a world-class property.Your Role:You will answer incoming phone calls, qualify inquiries, set up calls with Sales & Catering Sales ManagerYou will send packages and answer general questionsYou will create monthly recap of leads and updatesYou will assist in creating contracts, estimates, and site toursYou will create sales & catering kits and restocking supply area as appropriateYou will control the office supplies and ordering supplies when necessaryYou will update sales system with actuals after completion of eventsYou will send out thank you cards/emailsWhat are we looking for?Someone with a high school diploma or equivalentSomeone with previous hotel or resort experience preferredSomeone with a strong desire to make an impact on other peopleSomeone with an outgoing and engaging personalitySomeone with strong computer skillsSomeone with excellent verbal and written communication skillsSomeone with the ability to work in a fast-paced settingCompensation: $24.00Pyramid Global Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer.
