Senior Marketing ManagerWe are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager with a strong agency mindset. Someone who can combine strategic thinking, creativity, and execution to drive high-impact marketing initiatives.This role is designed for a professional who can own marketing initiatives end-to-end, from concept to execution and performance optimization, while bringing structure, clarity, and direction to a growing marketing function.The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating ambiguity, managing multiple priorities, and influencing across teams. This is a hands-on, high-impact role with strong visibility and the opportunity to shape how marketing operates and scales within the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesContribute to the definition of marketing priorities aligned with business and revenue goalsTranslate business objectives into clear, actionable marketing strategies and initiativesIdentify opportunities to expand reach, improve positioning, and drive demand generationBring innovative ideas and campaign concepts that elevate brand presence and engagementIntegrated Campaign LeadershipLead the development and execution of high-impact, multi-channel marketing initiativesEnsure alignment across messaging, branding, and campaign objectivesCoordinate complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and marketing functionsPrioritize initiatives based on business impact and resource allocationExecution & Operational ExcellenceOversee the execution of integrated marketing efforts, including digital campaigns, content, and brand initiativesEnsure high-quality delivery, consistency, and attention to detail across all outputsEstablish and improve processes, workflows, and operating rhythms within marketingMaintain a hands-on approach when needed to drive execution forwardPerformance & Growth FocusDefine and track KPIs aligned with business outcomes (pipeline, engagement, ROI)Analyze campaign performance and generate insights to drive continuous improvementOptimize initiatives based on data, trends, and business prioritiesSupport budget planning and ensure efficient use of marketing resourcesCross-Functional Influence & Team EnablementAct as a key point of alignment between marketing, sales, and leadershipInfluence and guide marketing efforts across teams to ensure consistency and impactFoster collaboration, accountability, and clarity across marketing initiativesContribute to the evolution and scalability of the marketing functionQualifications710 years of experience in marketing, with a strong preference for agency background or experience managing multiple clients/projectsProven ability to own initiatives from concept to execution and performance analysisStrong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and integrated campaignsExperience working in fast-paced, high-growth environmentsStrong analytical mindset with comfort in performance metrics and reportingExcellent project management and organizational skillsAbility to influence without direct authority and navigate cross-functional teamsStrong communication and presentation skillsBilingual (English/Spanish) is a MUSTPhysical RequirementsProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computerAbility to occasionally stand, walk, and move between work areasMust be able to lift and carry items up to 15 pounds occasionally (e.g., marketing materials, event supplies)Ability to attend meetings, events, and presentations as neededAbility to communicate clearly in person, via phone, and video conferencingAbility to travel up to 25% of the time, including domestic and occasional international travel, as required by business needsBenefits Offered:Paid time off (Vacations, Personal Days and Sick days)Health insuranceDental insuranceOther types of insuranceWorkplace perks such as food/coffee and flexible work schedules401k Match programWork Location & EligibilityThis position is available in South Florida.
