Marketing Communications Administrator II

Key Responsibilities
Social Content Activation & Publishing
Execute day-to-day social media activation, including publishing, scheduling and coordination across owned and paid channels. Maintain and operationalize global content calendars aligned to enterprise priorities. Format and optimize content to meet platform-specific best practices and audience expectations. Partner with Integrated Marketing and Content teams to deploy campaign and always-on content at scale.
Community Management & Engagement
In partnership with moderation servies team, monitor and respond to comments, messages and interactions across social platforms. Ensure timely, brand-aligned responses and escalate sensitive or complex inquiries as needed. Identify engagement trends and audience sentiment to inform ongoing content improvements.
Channel Optimization & Performance
Track and report on performance metrics (engagement, reach, CTR, etc.). Identify and implement opportunities to optimize content, cadence and formats. Support both organic and paid social execution, including coordination with internal teams and agency partners. Contribute to test-and-learn initiatives to continuously improve effectiveness across channels.
Playbook Development & Strategic Support
Support the development of the enterprise social media playbook by translating strategy into actionable frameworks and platform-specific best practices. Provide execution-based insights and performance learnings to inform content strategy, channel roles and optimization approaches. Help establish scalable processes and guidelines that enable consistency across global teams.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Partner with Integrated Marketing, External Communication, IR and regional teams to ensure aligned and efficient activation. Collaborate with agencies and external partners for content deployment, optimization and reporting. Support governance and consistency across enterprise social media channels.
Skills: Required Qualifications
25 years of experience in social media execution, community management, or digital marketing. Hands-on experience managing social publishing, engagement and daily activation workflows. Experience supporting enterprise or global brands preferred. Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools.
Additional Skills & Expertise
Experience with social media publishing platforms or tools preferred, such as Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Hootsuite or similar applications. Strong written communication skills with attention to brand voice. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously. Analytical mindset with experience interpreting performance data. Ability to work independently while collaborating across global, cross-functional teams.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field OR equivalent experience
