The Role We're looking for a Director of Brand & Marketing to own how we show up in the world.
This is not a traditional real estate marketing role, and we're not looking for a traditional candidate.
We're building something different, and we need someone with strong taste, sharp instincts, and the ability to make things happen to help us get there.
This is a full-time, in-office role at our Beverly Hills office.
What You'll Do
- Own our brand presence across all channels, social, digital, print, email, and everything in between
- Lead social media strategy and day-to-day content creation
- Partner with agents on listing launches and individual marketing campaigns
- Keep all creative output feeling cohesive, elevated, and intentional
- Bring fresh ideas consistently
What We're Looking For
- Strong visual taste and instincts for what feels elevated vs. generic
- Experience in marketing, brand, content, or creative direction
- Strategic thinker who can also execute
- Organized, self-directed, comfortable managing multiple projects at once
- You don't have to design everything yourself, whether you use AI tools like Claude, work with a freelancer, or do it yourself, what matters is that the work gets done and gets done well
Bonus if you've worked in: Luxury, fashion, hospitality, agencies, startups, or lifestyle brand
Real estate experience is not required. A fresh perspective is welcome.
