Senior Marketing Proposal Coordinator - AEC

About the Role
As a Sr. Marketing Proposal Coordinator, you will lead the development of proposals, presentations, and marketing materials while supporting broader marketing efforts, including content management, events, social media, and continuous improvement of marketing systems and processes.

Responsibilities
Lead proposal development and creation of marketing collateral.

Support content management, event coordination, social media, and ongoing enhancement of marketing workflows.

MUST HAVE

5+ years marketing experience within the AEC (architecture/engineering/construction) industry

Strong proposal management experience

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and InDesign

Knowledge of AEC marketing processes, terminology, and pursuit strategies

NICE TO HAVE

Experience with Cosential/Unanet CRM

Strong social media and website content management background
