Job Overview
The GMP Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating activities within the assigned GMP program areas, overseeing company employees and temporary staff. The supervisor inspects areas, equipment, and working conditions to ensure compliance with sanitation, OSHA regulations, and site‑specific SOPs.
Roles & Responsibilities
Perform duties of employees within the assigned program.
Train, supervise and instruct employees on tasks, safety, policies, and procedures.
Coordinate and monitor work activities, recommend training and issue discipline.
Prepare written reports such as pass‑down and weekly/monthly updates.
Perform quality, service, and safety inspections.
Track equipment inventory and schedule maintenance and repair.
Track supplies inventory.
Monitor employees for proper use of personal protective equipment to assure safety compliance.
Report employee personnel and customer issues to manager.
Correct at‑risk behavior immediately and report to the manager.
Provide recommendations for corrective action on areas that need improvement.
Maintain records: training, inspections, attendance, and metric data.
Familiar with supervisory responsibilities.
Some travel may be required for this position.
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must satisfy the following.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field from a four‑year college/university with 1‑3 years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: May be required to have a valid driver’s license.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Experience in interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning, directing work, evaluating performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, and resolving problems.
Physical and Work Environment: Ability to sit, talk, or listen frequently; lift or move up to 35 pounds.

Compensation: $70,000–$75,000
Shift: 6 pm–6 am
