Responsibilities
Assists in the production of new commercial lines accounts and the retention of existing accounts. Provides prompt, efficient, high‑quality service to designated accounts in support of producer activities. Account managers help in proposals, all renewals, cancellations, some billing, endorsements—handling accounts from start to finish. This is not a sales role. Reports to the Operations Manager, Dee Rosado, who oversees HR, marketing, technology, event planning, licensing, culture, and more.
Qualifications
Must hold a current Property & Casualty License (if not in TN, must be willing to transfer licensing to TN).
2+ years of commercial lines experience as a CSR and/or account manager relevant to the role.
Ability to use a personal computer, calculator, agency automation system, and proficiency in various software programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Vertafore products such as AMS360, ImageRight, PL Rater, etc.
Location: Remote/hybrid; must be able to work 2 days in‑office after the first 30 days. Job is open until filled.
