Responsibilities
Define & Prioritize: Shape the end‑to‑end creative creation and management experience in TikTok Ads Manager. Identify and drive innovative solutions that increase creative supply, improve creation efficiency, and help advertisers scale high‑quality creatives.
Collaborate Cross‑Functionally: Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Sales, and Marketing teams to align on strategy, prioritize investments, and deliver impactful solutions.
Drive Strategic Partnerships: Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to expand the creative ecosystem and unlock new opportunities for creative automation and optimization.
Data‑Driven Growth: Leverage advertiser feedback, user research, and product analytics to identify opportunities, validate product hypotheses, and continuously improve creative outcomes.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
BA/BS degree.
3+ years of product manager experience, including full product cycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, and driving prioritization.
Proven record of successful product outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
Background in digital advertising, marketing technology, or related domains.
Experience in one or more of the following: creative products, AIGC, recommendation systems, automation workflows, or advertising platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategy.
Proven ability to influence and collaborate with global and regional stakeholders.
Fluency in both English and Mandarin; the role involves frequent communication with global teams, clients, and stakeholders in English‑speaking regions as well as Chinese‑speaking markets.
Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to effectively engage with Chinese‑speaking partners, understand cultural nuances, and navigate business transactions in key markets.
Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $151,200 – $311,600 annually.
