We are currently hiring for a

Art Coordinator

for our Woodridge, IL location.

Schedule:

10:30 am - 7:00 pm (onsite 5 days a week)

Responsibilities Will Include:

Helping to organize and distribute paperwork associated with our graphic orders

Processing orders through our automated preflight software and distributing the paperwork associated with these orders to our print team

Working to maintain all schedules and deadlines

Communicating with our art team to ensure timely distribution of paperwork

Qualified Candidates Should have The Following:

Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Capable of navigating through a website with ease

A detail-oriented mindset, time management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

The ability to multi-task

Excellent customer service skills, professional attitude, and maturity

Verbal and written communication skills

A team-player attitude
