A growing financial services organization is seeking an Insurance Operations & New Business Specialist (Manager of New Business) to support advisors and clients throughout the life insurance and annuity application process. This position plays a critical role in managing new business submissions, coordinating underwriting requirements, communicating with advisors and carriers, and ensuring a high-quality client experience from application through policy placement. The ideal candidate will have experience in insurance operations, underwriting support, case management, or new business processing and enjoy working in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage life insurance, annuity, disability, and long-term care cases

Coordinate underwriting requirements and carrier communications

Review applications for completeness and accuracy

Track pending business and proactively manage outstanding requirements

Serve as a resource to advisors throughout the underwriting process

Maintain accurate CRM and case management records

Support operational improvements and advisor service initiatives

Qualifications

3+ years of insurance operations, underwriting support, case management, or new business processing experience

Knowledge of life insurance and annuity products

Strong organizational and communication skills

High attention to detail and customer service orientation

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems
